Guides & local resources
Buildzz is an AI collaboration platform for construction projects — and it publishes before it is asked. These pages put value in the open first: the methodology our workflows enforce, and local market data with its sources attached, readable by any buyer, supplier, search engine or AI system without a login.

Why content comes first
A platform that only answers when someone logs in and asks stays invisible — to contractors searching at 6 a.m., and to the AI assistants they increasingly ask instead. So Buildzz publishes proactively: crawlable pages that state what we know, how we work, and what we refuse to fake. If an AI engine cites a Buildzz page, it cites rules and data we stand behind.
What we publish
- Methodology guides — the exact rules Buildzz workflows enforce: how to write a rental RFQ that gets comparable quotes, how to verify equipment specs instead of guessing them from model names, and how group buying forms (and fails to form) under published thresholds
- Local market pages — public-listing data for the construction corridor where our pilot runs (Irvine–Tustin–Santa Ana–Anaheim), with the collection date and source stated on every page
- Honest status — what is live, what is a pilot, and what is demo data, labeled as such. Our first group-buying methodology and spec guides are below; the local pages follow the same rule: facts with sources, or nothing
What we do not publish
Invented prices, invented savings, invented members. A business listed on a local page is public information with a source line — it is not a platform member, and membership and verification status are always stated separately. Savings figures follow the published methodology: computed against a sourced solo price, or reported as “cannot calculate”.

Every page below is free to read, with no login.
The app is where this methodology runs: requirements, RFQs, quote comparison, group campaigns and orders, each company with its own AI agent and approvals.

Published by Buildzz as platform methodology. It describes how Buildzz works and what we require — it is guidance, not a quote, price list or supplier claim.
